Proposals
1. Considering the functioning of the college, continuity of the academic session and availability of the students, staff and faculty, the house resolves that the second half of October, 2015 be preferred for inviting the Peer Team for assessment and accreditation of the institution.
2. Resolved that the specimen copies of Home Assignments and Evaluated Answer scripts be preserved by the respective departments for verification by NAAC Peer Team. It is also decided to complete the process of Feed Back within the month of July, 2015
3. Resolved that the preparation by the departments for the Peer Team interaction be completed within August, 2015

Action Taken Report
1. The Director, National Assessment and Accreditation Council, Bangalore was requested to depute the Peer Team preferably during the Second half of October, 2015 for assessment and accreditation of the college.
2. All the Departmental Heads were requested to preserve the specimen copies of Home Assignments and Evaluated Answer scripts for verification by NAAC Peer Team.
3. All the Departmental Heads and teachers were requested to make necessary preparation and get ready for interaction with NAAC Peer Team during their visit to the Departments.

Resolution
1. The meeting reviews the preparation of the departments to interact with NAAC Peer Team during the visit on 5th and 6th October, 2015
2. Resolved that necessary arrangement we made for serving lite refreshment to the students on 5th and 6th October, 2015, as they have to stay in the campus from 9 am to 3 pm, and attend regular classes where the NAAC Peer Team will interact with them.

1. It was made mandatory for all teachers to attend college at 8 am on 5th and 6th October, 2015.
2. Resolved that the students will be served lite refreshment on both the days free of cost to ensure their presence in the campus till 5 pm on 5th and 6th October, 2015.

Resolutions
1. Resolved that the service of a computer operator be provided as Secretarial Assistance to NAAC Peer Team during their visit.
2. Resolved that the changes that have taken place after the submission of the Self Study Report relating to teaching staff and built up area be highlighted before the Peer Team.

1. The service Shri Monideep Borkakoty LDA cum computer operator was placed at NAAC Peer Team’s disposal as Secretarial Assistant.
2. The Principal will inform the NAAC Peer Team regarding the changes that have taken place after the submission at the SSR during his interaction with the Peer Team.

1. Principal K. Baruah apprised the house of the result of second cycle of assessment of the college. He said that the college was accredited with GDPA of 2.40 on four point scale at B Grade on 15th February, 2016 by the Executive Committee of the National Assessment and Accreditation Council, Bangalore and also Peer Team suggestions which include introduction of Science Stream and Skill based courses, planning and execution of academic audit and nourishing research culture.
2. Resolved that all necessary assistance and leave necessary for attending research related seminars and conferences be granted to the teachers pursuing research.

Action Taken Report
1. All efforts are being made to translate Peer Team’s suggestions in to reality.
2. Teachers who had already registered themselves for research will be granted leave for attending Seminars, Conferences and visiting libraries as and when they apply.
